WeTalk is an international psychological practice created to support individuals, couples, families and communities whose lives span cultures, countries and transitions.
Our work is grounded in the belief that psychological wellbeing is shaped not only by what happens within us, but also by the relationships, communities and environments we move through. International life can be rich and expansive, but it can also bring repeated change, questions of identity and belonging, and the challenge of creating stability across different places and cultures.
At WeTalk, we bring together clinical expertise, meaningful connection and guided reflection to create spaces where people can better understand themselves, strengthen relationships and navigate change with greater clarity.
Our philosophy is built around three interconnected ideas:
Connection to self
Developing a deeper understanding of emotions, patterns, needs and personal experience.
Connection to others
Recognising the value of relationships, shared experience and meaningful human connection.
Growth through learning and reflection
Using psychological insight, practical tools and guided reflection to support lasting change.
Tracy is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across international and multicultural settings. Her work includes individual, couples and family psychotherapy, parent training, psychodiagnostic assessment, group programmes, international school consultation and professional development.
Raised in Southern Africa and educated in Israel, Tracy later lived and worked in Asia, including Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Having lived across three continents herself, she brings both clinical expertise and a lived understanding of internationally mobile life.
Much of Tracy’s professional work has focused on expatriate, migrant and multicultural communities, with particular attention to the emotional, relational and family complexities of living across countries and cultures.
Her work is collaborative and context sensitive, with an emphasis on understanding people within the wider systems of family, relationships, culture and environment.
